Laser cutting nitrogen generator

Laser cutting nitrogen generators primarily utilise the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) to separate oxygen and nitrogen from the air. Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) is an advanced gas separation technology that employs high-quality imported carbon molecular sieves (CMS) as the adsorbent, utilising the PSA principle at ambient temperature to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen. During the laser cutting process, the primary function of nitrogen is to protect the metal cut surface and enhance the quality of the cut by preventing oxidation. As an inert gas, nitrogen displaces the oxygen surrounding the cutting area, thereby preventing the oxidation of the metal material and ensuring that the cut edges remain clean, free from discolouration or rust. This is crucial for high-end metal cutting, particularly for materials such as 304 stainless steel and 6061 aluminium alloy.

2. Stable flow rate and controllable purity. The gas flow is consistent, and the nitrogen reaches equilibrium pressure after being stored in the air receiver;

3. Comprehensive coverage of common sheet metal cutting requirements, with up to 7 operating modes;

Carbon steel thick plate mode, carbon steel thin plate mode, aluminium alloy thick plate mode, aluminium alloy thin plate mode (burr-free cutting process), stainless steel thick plate mode, stainless steel thin plate mode; different operating modes can be selected according to the cutting requirements of various materials to achieve different cutting results;
