We use air as raw material and carbon molecular sieves (CMS) as absorbents. At specific pressures, CMS absorbs much more oxygen from the air than it absorbs nitrogen. Therefore, by controlling the switch with an automatic pneumatic valve, Tower A and Tower B can operate alternately to achieve the process of pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption, thus completing the separation of adsorbents, separating oxygen and nitrogen, and achieving the target purity of nitrogen.

The principle of the nitrogen production unit is the same as that of the PSA nitrogen production machine, the only difference between the two is that the nitrogen production unit is assembled as a whole by prying. The so-called pry and install refers to fixing a set of equipment on a chassis made of angle steel or I-beam, which can be moved and positioned with the help of a pry bar. This is a way of combining equipment framework and equipment as a whole, where valves, pumps, and other equipment have been installed to form a complete assembly. 

The box type nitrogen generator is designed and manufactured using pressure swing adsorption technology, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve (CMS) as the adsorbent, and utilizing the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) at room temperature to separate air and produce high-purity nitrogen gas. It has the characteristics of convenience and mobility, small footprint, high gas production, and precise purity. Both box type and pry type can be quickly and conveniently moved, suitable for different sites and geographical environments, and can produce gas 24/7.

The modular nitrogen generator consists of multiple high-strength aluminum alloy chambers. Each chamber is divided into two parts, each filled with adsorbent for separating nitrogen and oxygen from the air. When a chamber is in a working (adsorption) state, the opposite side is regenerated using pressure swing adsorption method. During operation, compressed air diffuses uniformly upwards from the bottom of the adsorption chamber, and oxygen in the air is adsorbed by the adsorbent, thereby achieving nitrogen oxygen separation and obtaining nitrogen gas. During regeneration, a portion of high-purity nitrogen gas expands from working pressure to atmospheric pressure, flows through an adsorbent saturated with oxygen, and carries away the adsorbed oxygen, allowing the adsorbent to regenerate.
