The modular nitrogen generator consists of multiple high-strength aluminum alloy chambers. Each chamber is divided into two parts, each filled with adsorbent for separating nitrogen and oxygen from the air. When a chamber is in a working (adsorption) state, the opposite side is regenerated using pressure swing adsorption method. During operation, compressed air diffuses uniformly upwards from the bottom of the adsorption chamber, and oxygen in the air is adsorbed by the adsorbent, thereby achieving nitrogen oxygen separation and obtaining nitrogen gas. During regeneration, a portion of high-purity nitrogen gas expands from working pressure to atmospheric pressure, flows through an adsorbent saturated with oxygen, and carries away the adsorbed oxygen, allowing the adsorbent to regenerate.
